Sam was friendly and efficiently fixed the leveling jack in my RV.
Amazing repair thank you for helping me out on the side of the road and he fixed my truck :)
I find Sam’s truck in RV trailer repair on Google. I called this guy for a trailer repair. I have a oil leak on my wheel. He said yeah I can fix it. I have everything to fix it so he came down and pull it off the wheel and everything else after 10 miles driving I still have the same leak. this guy he doesn’t know what you’re doing. He charged too much money $185 an hour + travel time. It looks like he doesn’t have a lot of experience doing this type of work. Do not call these guys is not worth it.
I do not Recommend this guy at all unless you want to pay him top dollar for the little work he did, I wish i can give him no stars. One of my trucks broke down so i called this guy to see if he can assist me. the air bleeder valve broke off my air tank, so it wasn't holding air, So we needed a new one. Considering it was a road call i figured it'll be 200-300 at most for a $20 dollar part that should take 5 min to put on. he told me he'll be there in 45 mins. OfCourse, he showed up late and my driver even assist him out so he can get back on the road quicker. he didn't have the correct tools on hand and to top it off he didn't have the correct valve. he did state that the valve I needed for my truck was a dealer item. So we agreed on just putting a bolt to seal the air. After he was done i asked him for the total he told me $550.00. I told him that he's over charging for a job that he didn't have the correct tool or a simple part for that's not right at all. He told me he gave me a discount and he normally charge more. So with guys like this they like to take advantage of small owner opps he not there to help just there to over charged you. I ended paying him cause we wanted to get out of there. But i will never use this guy again.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT call this guy “Sam” save yourself the headache called this guy to replace alternator belt he said he could do it no problem then he gives me some story about his debit card so I had to front the cash for the belt which was 60 bucks and still asked for 100 smh who does that? Then he said the alternator was stuck so I would need to replace it I go look and the reason it’s stuck is because the belt was jammed up around it thennn he still asked for my help had me underneath the truck and he couldn’t replace the belt he was sitting down working by the way he was never able to replace it tried saying other parts were no good he goes back to Volvo to “get” the parts ended up goin with someone else they got there fast and did what this guy couldn’t do in 12 hours they did in 20 mins. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY NO BUENO!!!
