Theu were patient.. extremely kind... attentive. When you dont feel well these are the kind of people you want to help and care for you. No wait time at all and I went on a Friday at 12pm

My son was not feeling well and I took him to the Vybe urgent care on city ave. The receptionist was so nice and helpful concerning my son’s insurance coverage. The doctors and the nursing staff were super nice as well. The waiting area as well as the patient rooms were clean.

Customer service, staff, diagnosis and treatment were excellent. Down side...there was a long wait. They only had one doctor and one assistant. The receptionist was even chipping in to help with patients in the back. I wish they could get help. They really need it. But my experience was good and I feel a lot better. They diagnosed my condition before it became fatal. 🙏🏽
