I am providing this review as a factual account of my experience with Vytocor and its owner, Robert Harris. I entered into a service agreement with Mr. Harris in July for the development of a business website. As of November, despite multiple meetings, consistent communication, and timely submission of all required content and materials on my part, the contracted services were not completed. Throughout this period, I received repeated assurances and revised completion dates that were not met. I made every reasonable effort to allow additional time and to accommodate unforeseen delays; however, no substantial progress or deliverable was ever produced. As a result, I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have requested a refund of payments made. The failure to provide the contracted service, combined with the ongoing delays and lack of accountability, constitutes a breach of professional obligation and consumer trust. I strongly advise any prospective client to exercise caution, ensure all deliverables and deadlines are in writing, and be aware of the risk of non-performance based on my documented experience.

VytoCor did an outstanding job on our shirts. Their customer service was the best seen to date! They went out-of-the-way to ensure we had our product on time. When they thought the shirts didn't look correct, they went out of their way to fix the problem before we saw the end product! We will definitely use them again. The shirts are very high quality as well.
