Great office and awesome staff. Scheduling an appointment with Melissa over the phone was easy and very fast. She even went the extra mile to check my insurance company to make sure they were in network. Verified in less than a minute and we set up the appointment, When we arrived the staff greeted us and made us feel welcome. My son was nervous but after speaking with the doctor and answering simple questions he felt at ease. He had a small procedure but they made sure to explain every detail and ensured his safety. After it was done he said “that’s it? I didn’t feel anything!” He had a big smile after the appointment and I can tell he was happy. Thank you staff for taking care of my son! Highly recommend them to anyone!

I am very pleased with today visit with doctor Kwak. The receptionist and nurses are very friendly and nice. Love the energy from doctor Kwak, he explains everything, spend enough time with the patient and is very professional. Also the prices are very reasonable. Thank you 🙏

I was referred to Dr. Kwak by a family member who was very pleased with the diagnosis and treatment he received. On my first visit today, I was very impressed with the reception I received from Dr. Kwak and his staff. He was very knowledgeable with the skin condition I am experiencing, and seemed confident he could help resolve it. He made me feel very comfortable as soon as he came into the room. He is very friendly and explained my condition and how he would treat it. I couldn’t ask for anymore as a new patient.

Dr. Kwak and his assistant Amy were outstanding! He was professional and very friendly. He took his time to explain everything and more. He gave me meaningful advice and prescribed meds, which I was able to pick up right away. He removed and treated three spots right there and then. I cannot emphasize how fantastic of an experience this was.

Ulmer and Wu Dermatology is one of the best medical offices I’ve been to. I schedule with Kelly and she has incredible bedside manner, explains in terms I would understand and overall makes me feel really comfortable. I find this business way better than a medical spa or anywhere else I would go to where they’re more concerned with up-charging and selling than the patient. I can’t recommend enough that this place is the best. Thank you always Kelly!
