First time going to see Dr Kwak and I was very impressed by the staff, the nurse and Dr Kwak. Professional and quick. I didn’t have a long wait to be seen and they took care of my health problem immediately. They listened and the explained what was happening and how we could resolve the problem. They told me what I needed to do until I return for my follow up appointment and answered my questions. Best experience with a doctor I have ever had. Definitely recommend Dr Kwak and staff to anyone.

Dr. Kwak and his team are the absolute finest providers of dermatological care. I have had numerous episodes of squamous cell (pre-cancer) and other skin related conditions that have required examination and treatment by dermatologists in other places I've lived; Dr. Kwak's level of knowledge and experience surpasses all others!

This was my first experience having a facial treatment and it was fantastic! The esthetician, Valerie, did a great job and explained everything step by step. The whole staff was excellent, welcoming and very helpful. The whole procedure was very relaxing. I highly recommend W Dermatology Long Beach!
