We have used Wag hotel several times. I love that they send daily memory pictures and my dogs are always happy when we drop them off and pick them up. They also offer onsite parking and shuttle service to the airport. Super convenient!

Love this facility! My dog does not do well with other dogs and stresses out during boarding but they handle him like pros! He is the happiest he has ever been at a boarding facility when he goes to WAGS. They send me pictures every day so I don’t have to worry. The grooming that I have had done there is great and inexpensive. He sheds less after a grooming visit to WAGS than any other groomer. The staff is always pleasant and seems like they really enjoy their jobs, which is amazing to me since there is constant dog barking. lol. 100% recommend!

I use Wags Hotel for daycare and they have always been wonderful to my puppy! The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. My 6-month-old Shih Tzu absolutely loves going—she gets so excited when we arrive, and sometimes doesn’t even want to leave! They always send a picture of her during her stay, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they take great care of her, and I highly recommend Wags Hotel for any busy dog owner looking for a safe and happy place for their pup!

We boarded our girl here for the weekend and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The two daily play sessions were perfect for her — she’s usually tired after about an hour of play, so it was just the right amount of activity. The staff made us feel completely comfortable and sent plenty of pictures, which was such a nice touch. We also loved having access to the cameras for extra peace of mind. She came home happy, tired, and clearly had a great time. Another big plus — they offer half off your first stay (up to three days), and the location right next to the airport makes drop-off and pick-up super convenient. We’ll definitely be bringing her back!

I can't say enough good things about my cat's first stay at Wag Hotels. It was a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, right on the way to Denver International Airport, which made drop-off and pick-up quick and easy. Wag Hotels also offer pay per day parking with a shuttle to DIA! I was so impressed with the level of care. It was clear my cat was a top priority. I especially loved the daily updates with photos and the personal notes from each team member who worked with her. You can tell they pay attention to every detail—my cat had a large space with multiple climbing structures and a great window to look out of. Special thanks to Amber, who was wonderful to work with during both drop-off and pick-up. She was incredibly professional and helpful. In addition, Savannah left me a nice voice mail confirming the grooming I requested! It's so reassuring to know your pet is in such good hands. I'm already planning to bring my cat back for her next trip!"
