The absolute BEST. I can’t say enough good things about Wagging Tail Mtl! From day one, they’ve been reliable, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. Every interaction is warm and friendly—they truly go above and beyond to make both me and my pup feel comfortable and cared for. What really sets them apart is how much they clearly love what they do. My dog lights up the moment they arrive (even more than when I arrive!), tail wagging like crazy, which says everything you need to know. It’s such a relief to have a team I can trust completely with my fur baby. They’re always on time, communicative, and super flexible with scheduling, which makes my life so much easier. If you’re looking for a dog walking service that’s not only dependable, trustworthy and professional, but also genuinely lovely people—look no further. These folks are the real deal. As a single dog mom who works hybrid, the Wagging Tails crew were crucial in my dog’s success for potty training while I was at work. They also supported many other things my dog was working on, leash socialization, learning going up and down steps, etc. My dog is also extremely social. On the days I work from home, I can tell he gets bored being stuck at home just with me. He loves being amongst his friends (human + canine). I love getting the check in and check out emails with status updates pf the walk. Overall, really dependable service and def recommend to anyone looking for a dog walker!

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Wagging Tails! I've been using their services since my dog, Nacho, was just 4 months old—he’s now 7. Over the years, I’ve relied on both their dog walking and pet sitting services, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. When I was working long hours, I always felt completely at ease knowing Nacho was in such caring hands. The team doesn’t just walk him—they check his water, make sure he’s comfortable, and genuinely care about his well-being. It’s the little thoughtful touches that mean so much. Their app is also amazing! It shows photos of each visit, tracks the walk with a map, and even gives updates on whether he peed or pooped. It’s detailed, reliable, and adds so much peace of mind. Fantastic service! Our dog is so comfortable with them. Although we have a regular walker with Wagging Tails even when she’s out the replacement walkers are equally great. We trust them enough to give them a key to our house to collect our dog if we’re not home or unavailable to answer the door. They always give us a text heads up before arriving for the walk and an email report after the walk minutes afterward! Can’t say enough about how great they are.

We love Wagging Tails so much! The whole team has been 100% reliable, trustworthy, & lovely to deal with. They've always come through when we've had health emergencies or other unexpected needs. We especially adore Britt, our delightful regular dog walker! Adventure Days are a great service & overnights are available. Cannot say enough good things about Wagging Tails. :)
