I purchased a used 2019 TIGE form MO and the stero did not work correctly. I replaced the amps and it still did not work. I did not want to start throwing $1k ICE modules, or $3k screens at it so I scheduled it in for service. Mike diagnosed it as a bad amp, and tested the ICE module, so I picked it up and replaced the new amp I had installed. After replacing it again it still would not play music. I called Mike and I asked if we could put a new ICE module in with the new amp. He said sure, bring it right down, so I did. He installed the new module and no change. He then installed a new Wetsounds amp and demonstrated how it all worked together. It turns out the TIGE system does not like aftermarket amps. They charged me for a very reasonable amount of labor and I purchased a new amp from them. Now my boat rocks. It works great now. I am so thankful that they were willing to test my system and not just throw expensive parts at it. THANK you!!!!!!
I am a customer of WWS boats and when I got my used boat there was some things that we where aware of that needed to be fixed. And everytime I go in to WWS or call them they are always nice and eager to help. I really appreciate how this business really does care for their customers. Thank you guys for everything.
I came from Nebraska to buy a used boat from these guys last summer. They went above and beyond to take care of every need I had wile buying a boat and after. WWS is the premier wake and surf board boat dealer in the Rocky Mountain area. Bill, Whitney, Nick, and Michael are amazing to work with in the Pro Shop. The guys in the back have always been great to deal with regarding questions. I had stereo go out on my 2017 and they took a brand-new unit out of show room boat and delivered to the lake, barely missed a song on the play list! Cant say enough about the customer service and quality of WWS!
We purchased our boat from WWS and took delivery in March 2019. Since that time, we have consistently been blown away by the amazing level of customer service we have received at every step of the way. Whether it's an immediate response to an urgent situation or just answering a random question we may have, the team at WWS sets the bar higher after every encounter. We are so in love with our RZX3 but when we are ready to upgrade, we will absolutely be buying again from WWS. They have earned our loyalty time and time again and we have no doubt they will continue to do so in the future.
