My wife and stayed for two days to celebrate my 50th and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and our room was cozy with a beautiful view of the valley. Relaxed in the hot tub and sat by the fire. Would recommend bringing your own streaming stick as in room tv channels and streaming are limited

We had a fantastic experience at the Mill - It is a charming boutique inn that felt both cozy and luxurious. All the staff were increibly helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed. The waterfall views from the restaurant and even the spa were spectacular! The biggest highlight of the trip was the food! It was delicous, fresh and deeply flavourful. I wish I had taken a picture but I was so confident in the chefs cooking that as someone who doesn't particularly like sea food, I even tried stringray and loved it! Kudos to the chef and her team! After dinner, the pool table, board games, and live music in the Heron Wine Bar were a lovely way to spend the evening after dinner. I would strongly recommend making the trip to Wakefield!

A true masterclass in customer service, every one of their employees was on point. Special shout out to Jeff, who went the extra mile to make my stay special as well as Marc-Antoine whos passion for food and drink came through in his dinner service and made our experience that much better. I could go on and on about the food, the spa, the beauty of the building, but for me it was the customer service that stood out the most. Everything else was top notch though! Absolutely no complaints and I will gladly be visiting again!

Unbelievable experience. A true winter wonderland and a beautiful location. The staff are so kind and attentive they left us a little card on the bed for my partner's birthday. The food.... Just wow. What a talented and creative chef. The service was with Jean who was incredible and such a wonderful man. Thank you all for this wonderful experience 💕💕💕

Absolutely one of my FAVOURITE boutique hotels. The view, the rooms, and most of all -- the service -- were 10/10 exceptional. Whomever said "customer service is dead" has never been to this amazing hotel. From booking to checkout, we were so well taken care of. The restaurants were exceptional, the service top notch, the food amazing, and enough to keep us busy for several days of relaxation. The spa was great -- and don't forget to book in advance! The outdoor Sauna & Hot Tub was such a great feature to have. As a winter retreat, this was so beautiful and absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to back in the summer too!! The history of the town and the hotel is so fun to immerse in. I also loved all of the artwork around the hotel -- it felt like we were in a local art gallery! We decided a 3 day adventure at this hotel would be more relaxing than a week-long all inclusive (and cheaper!!) and it was EXACTLY what we needed! No flights, no fuss, and just as relaxing! And unlike an Air BnB, you don't have to cook or clean up! I plan on coming back a few times a year for R & R, vs spending hundreds at a spa or thousands at a resort!!! Just book in advance, show up and enjoy!!!
