Monica and Rhonda did a wonderful job Had a scrub and massage. Both the best ever. The entire staff could not have been more accommodating and lovely from start to finish. Excellent time

I visit spas all around the country and I felt my service was extremely over priced for what I received. While the staff were all very welcoming and friendly my massage felt very rushed and not relaxing and my facial was definitely not the quality I am used to paying half the price for. They do not offer you use of the sauna for these services, or atleast I wasn't offered it. So what you book is all you get. Super bummed over all.

I recently had one of the best birthday spa experiences at Roosevelt Hotel. DJ was my valet and he was fast and efficient. Mr.John walked me over to the spa because I was not sure where it was exactly. He was so kind. Katie and front desk staff were warm and polite and helped me getting situated in the locker room. Next after I changed into my robe and slippers it was time for my massage. Ms.Rhonda was truly amazing I’ve had many massages but this by far was the best one I’ve ever had! Finally after my wonderful massage and special birthday treat I sat at the pool for the rest of my day. The pool guys were great, they were attentive very, polite and efficient. Marshall was so sweet in helping me plan out my whole day. The whole team from beginning to end were truly efficiency, warm, kind and polite. 10/10 do recommend . The Roosevelt Hotel really made my birthday special.

We had the most amazing time at the Waldorf Astoria Spa! Perfect for a mother daughter day or just when you need a few hours to get away. They also have a great deal for locals! The atmosphere is so calm and quiet from the moment you walk in. All of the employees were very welcoming and made the experience that much more enjoyable. We both had facials and massages while there and days later still feel very relaxed and our skin looks amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

In preparation to attend the Bruman conference in New Orleans, LA, I reserved a room at the Waldorf Astoria (Roosevelt Hotel). This was the best decision for lodging. The hotel is extremely clean, professionally designed and the staff are phenomenal (courteous and friendly). Five (5) Star hotel.
