The amount and quality of the products and the service make it great. I still cannot access the store alone though. The sidewalk in front is City of Ottawa property, so I wish they would financially assist in building a permanent ramp into the pedestrian infrastructure.

Rad local store with some great supplies (like large canvasses) that honestly I wouldn't be able to easily get centrally in a larger city. Their upstairs gallery is beautiful and spacious. I've heard they have classes and workshops up there too!

Great selection of sketchbooks, from small to medium to large sizes. thick and thin papers. probably the biggest selection of sketchbooks in Ottawa. Plus Amazing and welcoming store environment. I go there like once a month.
