Very nice space. I have been here several times for art openings, the art shows never disappoint, with very good lighting. Walter Art Gallery is a good place for community building.

They do outreach and representation of art by at-risk lgbtq teens. More than art, it provides a family for abandoned kids most likely to hurt themselves. It helps undo the cruelty dealt out by society! Really unique and beautiful work, and a rare glimpse into the hearts, minds and souls of these sensitive children. Plus other featured art is quite emotional and stunning too.

Great. The art keeps getting better and better. The prices keep going up and up, too, but that's OK. At the openings on Friday evenings there's always food and drinks. And after visiting the gallery sometimes you can go next door and visit the beer brewing coop or the Walter Hive! Important note: parking is very limited so carpool or ride share or ride your bike.
