I’ve been transitioning out of the veterinary field and into a product-focused career, and I came to Wanderlust Careers feeling unsure of what direction to take. Their Career Assessment was a huge game-changer as it helped me pinpoint my strengths, talents, and the roles that actually align with who I am (including some I’d secretly been curious about already). My first coach wasn’t the best fit for what I needed at the time. I was looking for someone who would challenge me more and help me stay accountable. I reached out to Wanderlust, they listened, and they matched me with Jonathan… and honestly, he’s incredible. He helped me get really clear on my key strengths, how to talk about my experience while changing industries, and how to network and apply confidently even when a role is new to me. I’m finishing the program feeling way more equipped, more self-assured, and much more grounded in my direction. I’m grateful for the assessment, for the support, and especially for Jonathan. Overall, it’s been a genuinely great experience.

I sincerely got a lot of mileage out of Wanderlust (specifically working with Katie D), and appreciated they covered the gamut of topics I came in with. These included resumes, outreach, interview prep, salary negotiation, and lots of other pieces. They provide a solid balance of information and motivation and might be the spark needed to make a move.
Katherine came highly recommended and was phenomenal at providing structure, comfort and a path forward for me during a challenging timeframe. Before working with Katherine I was focused on ‘what I can do’ with my next career chapter. Katherine helped me with ‘what I should do’ by collecting qualitative & quantitative data points on my aptitude, listening to understand, and supporting me in identifying actionable transitions and frameworks. I would highly recommend Katherine. I also worked with Dr. Michael M. who is just phenomenal at career coaching, motivation during challenging transitions and psychological support. All in all my experience with Wanderlust was wonderful and totally worth it!
I had a wonderful experience working with both Katherine and Hayley at Wanderlust. Katherine was thoughtful and meticulous when we did my interviews and career evaluation. She really helped me realized why I was unhappy in my previous career and what aspects of a new path would make me feel fulfilled. When going through the application process to nursing school, Hayley helped me craft my essays to eloquently tell my story. I would highly recommend the use of Wanderlust to anyone who is unhappy in their current career and looking for thoughtful and actionable guidance on how to take the next steps.
