Thank youuu! I got to get new glasses and try on some, I love Warby Parker
The Warby Parker store in UTC is a marvel of friendlyness, effientcy, and professionalism. Very pleasant to shop the many style frames and order. Bring your RX because they do not take the TX off your glasses. Two weeks delivery time but very reasonable prices.
The ease of booking, friendliness of the team members and options and high quality of the products available are excellent. I was greeted upon entry to the UTC store, quickly began my eye exam with the friendly, knowledgeable optometrist and ended with a new perscription and two new pairs of glasses (sunglasses and glasses) with the help of the team member. Overall wonderful experience.
I’ve had mixed experiences with Warby Parker. My first pair of single-vision prescription glasses was excellent—great clarity, comfortable fit, and overall very good quality. I was happy enough with that experience that I came back again. Unfortunately, my experience with the progressive lenses was disappointing. The frame quality did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price (around $600). To make matters worse, the glasses arrived with a broken leg, which was surprising and not something I expected from a brand like Warby Parker. That said, I want to highlight the positives as well. My single-vision glasses have continued to perform very well, and because of that, I purchased another pair yesterday using the same frame. Also, the store associate who helped me yesterday was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, which made the in-store experience very pleasant. Overall, Warby Parker does a great job with single-vision glasses and customer service, but my experience with progressive lenses and frame quality fell short of expectations for the price. I hope quality control improves, especially for higher-end prescriptions.
I went to Warby Parker after "losing" my sunglasses at my daughter's wedding. As with my previous WP experience, the employees were friendly and helpful and I ordered a new pair. Naturally, the next day, my original sunglasses were found! I was nervous about being hassled when canceling the order, but they couldn't have been more accommodating. Thanks for the great customer service; both in-store (Westfield UTC) and the customer service representative I spoke with who cancelled the order.
