Never again!! An answer to my questions? No never... Working with someone who can't even explain something in their own language? Never again!!!!! Do not put someone who knows nothing about filing taxes there. I believe her name is Iryna and she knows absolutely nothing. Our friends told us they came here filed their taxes with the owner.Getting answers to every question had everything explained in detail and even got some tricks. But today we left here without getting a SINGLE ANSWER to anything.

Four of us applied here, everything was fine. But there were problems with replenishing my husband's bank account, so I had to figure out with the CRA what the problem was and solve it for more than half a year (and this is another quest: call the CRA, then explain what you need more than once). The money came only in November, instead of March. So be careful, check your information yourself. I understand the human factor and the like, but this is not just a phone number, this is a mistake because of which we lost all payments from the CRA for more than half a year.
