Had four of my watches serviced here recently. Great place, great people. Upfront and transparent about cost, very helpful, and with good communication. After looking around, they have a good selection of Citizens and Seikos, along with bands and accessories. They'll be my shop of choice in the future.
I was very impress with their friendliness, time given to me for my various items to be repaired, thoroughness, and trustworthiness. I worked for a jeweler for 7 years and was impressed with their helpfulness. I felt I have been going to them for years and left feeling very satisfied for being my 1st visit. In and out on my lunch break in less than 20-minutes for 2 watches that needed their batteries replaced. John, the store manager was polite and friendly with a nice welcoming smile. Will go back for sure as they had a 5 year unlimited battery replacement warranty for the batteries. Reasonable price.
Between my Wife and Myself, we have taken several watches to Watch Technicians. From a restoration to a simple battery replacement. Most were taken for a service to restore to factory standards. John at the OLIVE store ( next to Dierbergs) is most helpful and accommodating. The watch that stands out is a BRIETLING Super Ocean 44. The watch was 12 years old, Purchased new. It had never been serviced. The watch was losing 1-2 minutes a day. John took it in , a complete service was performed. The watch in now in the +- 1 second a day. This is in ROLEX standard of SUPERLATIVE, their highest rating. A service will definitely make a difference.
I am absolutely thrilled to be able to write this review for Watch Technicians - Creve Couer! I brought my watch into them back in June for a service where I was having issues with the crown. The watch was functioning perfectly, however should I need to adjust the time or date, I was having issues with an unstable crown. I have been collecting watches for over 30 years and I am extremely familiar with various brands & movements - so, what I thought was a simple fix turned out to be anything but simple. While I was enthusiastic to get my watch back on my wrist, neither John nor Sarah would not release it until everything was done 100% right, seals, crown, timing and everything. Today, I picked up my watch, and I fell in love with it all over again! The care they took in fixing my timepiece was above and beyond, and I would sincerely recommend this team to anyone I know that would have an issue. Their prices were well worth the service and the care they took, and were competitive with any that I’ve used before! A sincere thank you to John, Sarah & the team & CC Watch Technicians!
