Your company installed a 150k tankless water heater in my rental at 6610 College Grove Dr., unit 16 on 13 January 2026. The office personnel were very knowledgeable, and professional and answered all my questions. Justin G conducted the installation. He also reached out to me prior to the installation and addressed my concerns. Justin also provided me with photos after the installation was completed. I felt the install was very professional and looked very clean. To be honest the cost for install floored me due to the fact I had a company in San Diego for 12 years (2005-2017). My how times have changed. Although I chose the "overpriced" option your company was the lowest bid I received. Thanks to those individuals I spoke to during the entire process.
I called Water Heaters Only and spoke with David, he was helpful in explaining some possible scenarios, and scheduled a technician to come out right away. Justin arrived on time, gave me a courtesy call heads up, was super professional and walked me through each step. He completed the full heater installation and gave me an overview of everything when he was done. Investing in a new water heater isn't the most exciting thing for a homeowner but overall they made it super easy. For this kind of work I didn't want to call a handyman and highly recommend you call the experts!
My old gas water heater of 18 years started to leak, so I started calling around for quotes for a new/replacement one. Several quotes were in the same ballpark (+/- $100) so I decided to go with Water Heaters Only, as they had the best ratings on both Google and Yelp. The entire process with them was great; very friendly on the phone, and they were able to get a technician scheduled for me with 2 days. Their plumber, Thomas B., was outstanding! He went over everything with me thoroughly, and spent extra time making sure the install was perfect and that I was happy with it. I can't say enough good things about this young man - I've never had such great experience with a plumber before, and would highly recommend this company (and especially Thomas!) to anyone needing a new water heater!
The inevitable water heater failure came to my attention yesterday morning. Thankfully I found Water Heaters Only and their great customer service representative Cyrus who helped me begin the replacement process and scheduled service the next day. Francisco responded today, gave me an estimate and did a masterful job completing the replacement. It’s always nice to witness someone who takes pride in their workmanship. Great experience with this company who, by my standards, does great work.
Today I had a water heater installed for about a thousand dollars less than Anderson Plumbing. Water Heaters Only was very good communicating, the installer arrived within the service window. The installer was very friendly and shared his experience with maintenance and offered good suggestions. Thank you Damien I appreciate your hard work.
