The Empowering Women Retreat was an unforgettable experience. The restorative yoga sessions were exactly that: healing and restorative. The property is breathtaking and the tranquility was very satisfying. This was my second retreat with Sarah, the first one being in Italy. Sarah is a very talented instructor and I enjoyed my first retreat so much that I often attend her Mindful Monday remote sessions. I will definitely attend another retreat with Sarah.
