This place has really gone downhill. We’ve had a few different levels of washes done here over the years, and after pointing out issues in the past, we were told that the detail wash would take care of those concerns. We decided to give them one final try and upgraded to the detail service, but still left disappointed. I’ve had better results from regular car washes. There was still dog hair in areas our dog doesn’t even normally sit, including on the dashboard. There were still crumbs in the seats and on the console, food left on the floor, dirt on the inside door panels, and several spots that looked like they were completely missed during vacuuming. Only half of the mats were cleaned. We brought the issues to their attention and pointed everything out so they could redo it, but even after that, many of the same problems were still there. After years of coming here, this was the final straw for us, and unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Had my 4-year old Volvo detailed last week and have been getting compliments that it looks brand new. They successfully buffed out a number of minor exterior scratches that I thought I'd just have to live with. The job they did inside and outside was top notch!
