Have always have a great experience at this location. They are professional, honest, and communicative. From small things like wiper blade replacement and oil changes, to brakes and larger repairs, they always do a good and thorough job, and stand behind their work.

I had an issue with my car that another mechanic said they’d fixed but hadn’t. I went to Urban Autocare hoping for help and they did not let me down. The service was wonderful, the staff was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

My wife and I just bought a used car and I brought it by to have the team give it a once over. They performed and communicated a thorough inspection. I then approved their recommendation and they knocked it out quick. As a result, I have complete confidence our new (used) car is in as good of condition as possible. I always appreciate this team. They are outstanding.

I am a huge fan of Urban Autocare! I got an oil change and the folks could not have been nicer. They always make sensible recommendation that are never pushy. When I came to pick up my car, they recommended that I change my windshield wipers. They put them on immediately before I left. It always feels like they really are looking out for your best interest.

I absolutely love Urban Autocare — they’re hands down the best neighborhood auto shop in Uptown/City Park. Every interaction with them is modern, professional, and refreshingly down-to-earth. They explain everything in everyday language, never upsell, and I always walk away feeling confident that my car is in great hands. Most recently, I came in for an oil service and a full set of new tires, and the whole experience was seamless. The team kept me updated with clear communication, reminders, and calls, and the quality of the work was spot on. They do a thorough inspection, share photos, and give trustworthy recommendations without any pressure. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can trust completely, but Urban Autocare is exactly that. Friendly, reliable, transparent, and consistently excellent. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!
