I recently needed to replace a small broken clasp on my bumper. I called Wayne's Body Shop because it was relatively close to home and I had heard good things about it. I called and was warmly greeted. The person I talked to suggested that I bring the car in at any time they were open to get an estimate...no appointment needed. I dropped by the next day and met Shawn who immediately looked at my car, told me exactly what was needed and how they would repair it and the total cost. He then told me when to bring it in and roughly how long it would take. I showed up as scheduled and was greeted warmly again and asked if I was going to wait or come back. I said I'd go to the Mill around the corner to wait. I barely got my lunch and sat down when I was notified my car was ready. Such nice people and such awesome customer service. Thanks, Wayne's Body Shop! I would highly recommend your services!

I have had two different vehicles repaired here. Both times it's been an excellent experience. Most recently worked with Ryan. The staff at Wayne's are transparent, communicative and efficient. I knew exactly what to expect and when. Real plus was getting my vehicle back cleaned and vacuumed. Such a nice surprise.

This is such a great place! From the front counter to guys that do the estimates and the repair work! Shawn S was most helpful, knowledgeable and able to explain the process and make recommendations! My vehicle is back to looking her best! Very happy! (Photos are only for that small part of the repair). Thank you! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Wayne’s Bodyshop! Ryan W. was incredibly helpful and I felt taken care of throughout the process! I came in with a badly dented rear bumper and misaligned trunk after being rear-ended. Their team handled all communication with the other driver’s insurance and took care of the supplemental payment process seamlessly — which took a huge weight off my shoulders. What meant the most to me was the peace of mind I felt getting my car back fully repaired, especially after having dealt with a totaled car in the past. Their overall proactive approach and high level of professionalism was incredibly comforting! Thank you again to Ryan and the whole team. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable repair work — especially if you need that extra reassurance during a stressful time.
