I attended my first beginner yoga class yesterday, my first since I was 18, and that is some time agi! The small group made it feel friendly, relaxed and very welcoming. The instructor was lovely, approachable and encouraged us to work at our own pace with no pressure. I’m doing yoga as a holistic way to support healthy ageing, flexibility and mental wellbeing, and this felt like the perfect place to start. I’m really looking forward to the next session.
I adore this place. I have seen around 6 different instructors and every single one has been so kind and welcoming. I normally do a Sunday morning or evening and they really help either round up a busy week or set you up for a new one. Since joining classes here at We are Wellness over a year and a half ago, I have learnt so much about yoga and the way we learn about ourselves. Would highly recommend.
Friday Creative Flow is magic, wakes you up, helps shake off the stresses of the week and puts a smile on your face! I loved the grounding at the start, quite strong flow sequences, building energy with options to rest more or try a balance, then relaxing with a couple of yin postures before the end. The teacher is so welcoming and skilled at creating a fun, interesting class with a peaceful soundtrack, in a beautiful setting and relaxed no-pressure atmosphere. Thank you
I had a deep tissue massage with Emily, and as a fellow masseuse I can highly recommend her style of massage. Pre-consultation was thorough, her technique is incredibly relaxing and yet very efficient at removing knots and overall tension. I honestly couldn't believe how much she could fit into one hour! Will definitely be coming back for more!
