We recently had another great experience with Webb Heating & Air, and I can’t recommend them enough. The first time we tried using our AC on a warm day, it wasn’t blowing cold air. Since we already had a seasonal service appointment scheduled, we decided to wait. Their technician, Matthew W., arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, it was a leak under the attic unit in our 18-year-old HVAC system. I asked if it could be repaired, and Matthew was honest and transparent. He explained that while a repair was possible, it would be costly and that replacing the system might be a better long-term solution. After reviewing the repair estimate, I agreed to speak with their sales advisor, Chris. Chris walked us through several options without any pressure, helping us choose the best system for our needs. Once we made our decision, the installation was scheduled promptly—and impressively, the entire system was replaced in just one day. We’ve been customers for about 7 years, and throughout that time, every interaction has been excellent. From routine bi-annual maintenance visits to this full system replacement, their team has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Communication is always top-notch, you even receive a text with a photo of your technician before they arrive, which is a great touch. A big thank you to Matthew, Chris, and the entire installation team for an outstanding job. Webb Heating & Air continues to exceed our expectations!
