I am absolutely blown away by the level of customer service from this team! Lloyd, Ann, Dale, and Gia are the dream team. The website was completed quickly, exactly as I described and imagined, and it looks beautiful. Their platform is easy to update things yourself once you’re live. And if you do get stuck, there’s a ‘Help Me’ button that puts you straight through to the team (not a bot!), and they solve the issue instantly. I’m genuinely amazed by their fast, friendly support and the quality of work, especially for the value. I’ve worked with web designers in the past who took days to respond, delivered slow, basic results, and charged way more. This experience has been the complete opposite. Highly recommend!

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Jamie was our designer who has done an amazing job and made the website exactly what i wanted. The website took about 12 working days which is exceptionally good considering the more than reasonable price. I will definitely be using webfactory for all future website needs.

Stay clear or this! We had a website back in September/October and it was mediocre at best however we had many revisions until it was finally okay to use. We then had to change the website ourselves with code and essentially use there website editor to redo the whole website which essentially lost us £400. Now, there are pros, if you want a okay basic site, it is worth it but anything more than that you may have to look elsewhere. I cancelled our website 2 months ago due to limited features and moved to our own custom hosted website on custom servers. When I decided to leave there was an outstanding invoice I was not made aware of. I then got a poor quality phone call that didn't detail anything about payment just information about us cancelling the website. We then received a threating letter through the post claiming that a small court judgement would go through and heavily damage personal credit files when the account was set up through our company. This is very unprofessional and worrying. So my advice is don't go with them, they may seem cheap and good to use, but it's not worth the hassle especially when you want to leave the contract it is a pain for your business. There are many better alternatives.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Customer services were prompt and accurate answering our questions prior to ordering. Once ordered, the welcome pack is detailed and ensures you provide the information required for the designer and 'wow' - the designer produced an unbelievable interpretation of what was asked for by virtue of the welcome pack. There was only one change to the draft and it was a change in message vs what we had asked for after reviewing the website. It was changed immediately without question. The attention to detail, customer service and friendly contact is exceptional - they really do care about your business. Checking and double checking, especially if they have a concern you haven't thought something through. We purchased based on Google searches and reviews and 'took the plunge' after a couple of chats with the customer service team and well worth it. I cannot commend Jamie, the designer and Bee in customer services highly enough. They are our 'dream' web team! Absolutely brilliant!
