We used Wee Tait this year for a Christmas get together on our street and booked the Santa & the Grinch to come for 30 minutes. Santa was the real deal and great with the children. The Grinch was full of mischief and fun. The kids loved it. Would definitely book again next year.
No option to do a zero star ! Do not use ! Had an absolute ordeal dealing with the company . Hired a marque for my sons birthday party and paid £500, this was delivered without plastic flooring which was required, was told once it was erected that it was infact matting that I was getting as the plastic flooring had gone to someone else, the plastic flooring was rented out to someone else in between my enquiry and me actually booking, this was not pointed out to me and I went ahead with the booking and paid. The marquee itself was horrendous, stained, rusty, water damaged, mossy …. Was fit for the bin. Nothing like the marquees advertised in their silica media. Pictures attached. Hired 20 chairs which looked like they were taken from a tip, wonky, damaged, covered in cobweb, and spiders. Pictures attached. Owner has no interest in taking any responsibility for this and thinks this acceptable to deliver goods in this condition for parties leaving us in total dismay at how this can be allowed. She responded to all my messaged very promptly with the attitude of tough, you don’t like it lump it … telling me her customer service is good because she’s replied to me … no care, no compassion, unfortunately I had paid up front . She had my money and I can do nothing about it ! Awful experience
I have no choice but to be honest with my experience So I had table cover booked in with chair ans bows cost me over £260 so you think premium service as its costly Anyway on the day the boy was there and when he was placing the banquet roll on tables it was all cut uneven and messy I had raised this concern many time but he just wasnt understanding this.. He didnt bring scissors and had to borrow of another company who was setting up the hall Lastly ive messaged the manager she states as I havent called her on day of event she cant partially refund me .. I had already spoke to the boy who was in charge on the DAY of event She said the rolls arnt as neat but I have used them before and a company should know how to place them thats why u pay them so its professionally done Im not really happy with the outcome sadly wont be using them again
Booked a joint 18th/30th for my sister's in March 2025 within the Wee tait premises. The staff were amazing, quick response times and happy to accommodate any requests. We were a party of 35-40 guests only 7 of them being children and it was a comfortable fit. We hired LED lights, DJ, Bar Hire and a disco dome. All guests had high praise of the facilities and staff. The buffet we ordered from wee Tait was pipping hot and tasty. Our only downside was the unit being cold for the guests. Everything went so smoothly and the staff paid so much attention. I would definitely recommend and will be using wee Tait for future events.
Used Wee tait for two corporate events over the Christmas period. From planning the event (not my strong point), logistic, dealing with my client directly was amazing. Both events, one Glasgow one Manchester went down a treat with my travel clients and i would not hesitate in using them again or reccomending them.
