This review is late due to health challenges but the delay has not diminished the appreciation I have for David and litigation manager Karla Pavese. I had the good fortune to have their representation in a negligence procedure against a local rehab facility/nursing home where my wife was placed for a period prior to her death in 2021. Without exception, their efforts to seek redress for negligent care were sustained, vigorous and ultimately successful. They always exhibited the highest ethical standards, perseverance and compassion. Today I consider them to be not solely attorneys but valued friends. I am pleased to recommend their services !!

Mr Zukher was court appointed and he has worked his butt off to get my case closed finally after a year and nine months. And that was not his fault it took so long either. And I appreciate the fact he came all the way out to Fabius to do it. Any time I called he always was great about calling me back and answering my phone calls. And making feel at ease. He doesn't talk down to you and is a straight forward person. He treats you like a friend and not a know it all. If you need a lawyer this is who you want. He will fight for you like no other Attorney Will!

David Zucker was my lawyer a few years back. When nobody believed in me he was there. It was a pro bono case and he ended up being my lawyer.
