I have never written a Google review before. I am writing this one because not doing so would feel wrong. I am a 30-something, full-time working professional in Las Vegas with a disability that severely limits the use of my arms. I rely on a mouth stick to type, text, work, and communicate. This is not a convenience. It is how I function day to day. A few months ago, every company that sold these devices disappeared overnight. Even sites that label themselves as medical equipment providers pulled them. I searched everywhere. I called people. I tried to improvise with objects that were never meant to be used this way. I was running out of options and, honestly, starting to panic. Out of sheer desperation, I reached out to Welch Plastics, not knowing if they could help, but hoping someone might at least listen. That is when I connected with Michael Desort. Michael did not dismiss me. He did not treat this like a quick favor. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He worked through multiple versions, different materials, and different designs. He was genuinely concerned about safety since this device would be used in my mouth. He kept refining it until it was right. I cannot begin to estimate how much time he and his team put into this. What matters most to me is that he repeatedly refused to take any money. This was not about business. It was about helping someone who needed help. What Welch Plastics did for me gave me back a level of independence that I was genuinely afraid I was going to lose. That is not something I will ever forget. This is an honest, trustworthy company run by people with real integrity. If you are considering working with Welch Plastic, you should know exactly who you are dealing with. I am deeply grateful.

I emailed Welch with a rather abstract idea for a large order of centerpieces. I wasnt hopeful that my idea would come to life until I met Michael. He understood the assignment and knocked it clean out of the park. And he didnt even make any Air Force jokes along the way being an Army Vet - thanks Mike! Mike, Heidi and the Welch team are excellent communicators and handled edits, requests and a late increase in centerpieces that I needed effortlessly. The centerpieces were the stand out hit off the ball, I cant thank Welch enough. Run, dont walk to Welch for your plastic creations!
