We have 2 rough collies. An elderly requiring sensitive care and an older 2 year old we got from a rescue earlier this year that was completely shaved due to matting. His undergrowth is coming in so robustly that it takes long sessions to work toward the regular coat. You pay for the quality. And quality is what you get. We drive a distance to come to Well Groomed pets for our beloved dogs and will continue to do so.

I recently brought my Shih tzu here for a haircut. After reading reviews online I thought it was a good place. Scheduling was fine. Upon arrival at 1pm I was told that they were backed up and he wouldn’t be ready for 6-7 hours. I had read some other reviews like that and clearly that’s a common theme for this place. They should advise all their customers when they book that it’s going to take that long. Finally I was able to pick him up around 8pm. I’ve taken my dog to get many haircuts as he is 13. His haircut was awful. His whole body is choppy and uneven and they made his face hair way shorter than his body. Very upsetting that they are charging people $80 for a below average haircut. I will never be coming back here. I’d recommend finding any other place for your babies as this place doesn’t seem prepared or qualified.

Love Well Groomed and the entire team! They do a fantastic job listening to what I want, my dogs are always excited to see them too! Even when my dog had some matting, they explained why shaving it was the best option for the comfort and health of my dog and have helped me keep them mat free since!

They charged me 133.00 to groom my 12 lb yorkie. 30.00 handling fee. Said she wouldn't be still while working her face. Took 2 of them. Couldn't believe it. That's what it cost for me to get my hair cut and colored short 20.00. Stupid ridiculous. I do love the cut though. Perfect

I’ve been taking my Sunny to get her nails done every week for months now. The staff is so accommodating to my needy corgi & her personality. They work to make sure she’s comfy every time. Whenever I ask for other fur trims or upkeep, they’re happy to help. The front desk is so kind & helpful for scheduling & she even brings her pups up to hang out during the day, which is a fun treat when you’re waiting in the lobby. We love it here!
