On January 9, 2026, a I visited the Wendy’s on sunset The employee Luis at the counter was very unprofessional. Luis rolled his eyes, spoke to me in a rude tone, and ignored my question about a missing item in my order. When I politely asked for my fries, he said ‘You’ll get it when you get it’ and turned away. This made me feel disrespected and embarrassed in front of other customers. Luis said the B word to me do better Wendy I am sharing this so management can address the behavior and improve customer service at this location.”

Dining room is supposed to be open until 12am but they close it arbitrarily. Sometimes a”even before 11. Sad when you only have EBT and walked.

This has to be the slowest worker i have Ever witnessed in my life. Barely knows English and So rude and inconsiderate it makes zero sense. No way she should be able to keep a job the way she acts. Racist remarks and literally ignores customers

As Aussies travelling through USA's west coast, we attempted to give nearly every big fast food a try. Wendy's was just dry - the chicken, the fries, everything was really chewy and lacked taste. The service at this one though was really super friendly! :)

I really enjoyed my meal here. Had a son of a baconator and frosty drink. The place was clean, service was fast. Toilet required a passcode.
