Transients loitering in and around the restaurant but its a fast food spot IN the city. Idk if its just Wendy's customer service or the guy that works there but the cashier is super attentive and friendly. Working in a fast food restraunt he was extra patient when I went to order and changed my mind several times (annoying, I know!). I only go for the frostys, First time going in the 30+ years I've lived in la and from someone who loves cold treats, I'm addicted. I get the chicken sandwich if I'm hungry. The burgers fell a little flat for me.

My mums coffee taste coffee my sadly cold and when I gave it back they replaced it hot but the taste no coffee taste no more morels watered sad I won’t come back horrible branch

I grabbed a Biggie Bag, and everything came out hot — the fries were crispy, the nuggets were perfect, and the burger tasted freshly made and not rushed. Their strawberry lemonade is a must-try, especially on a warm LA day. The scenery around this location is surprisingly nice too. Ugh, I was so bummed to get home and see my order was messed up, and the large fries weren't even close to full! Whoever's reading this, seriously, double-check your order so you don't waste your money. I hate complaining, especially about food. I should've checked, but still, the staff should pay more attention to the portions, like they're serving themselves. I lost my appetite, honestly.

I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s and ordered a chili and a burger. While eating the burger, I found several hard, wood-like pieces that couldn’t be chewed. I stopped halfway and went back to the counter to show a male employee what I found. He didn’t speak English and responded in Spanish, saying something about the manager. After a short wait, they gave me a new burger without any explanation or apology. I left with the replacement, only to find the same hard, inedible material in the second burger. I was so disgusted I threw it away. This experience was not only disappointing but also concerning in terms of food safety. I took photos and am sharing this to warn others. I won’t be returning to this location.
