Just horrible service. Even though it was a holiday evening the level of urgency was just not there. How do you take an order in drive through and not remember to acknowledge the customer. Was wondering why people started driving off. Received someone ahead of me’s order and they didn’t even know the individual had pulled off because they weren’t even paying attention. Sat in drive through for nearly 10 minutes after the order and had to blow the horn several times. The manager who was clearly working up front could’ve cared less from the look she gave but thankfully the runner/ drive through attendant sought us out. Don’t recommend coming here at all because it shouldn’t take 10 minutes to fix and hand out a 4pc biggest and a small fry.

I am a public servant a fateful customer for years. This past weekend, I visited my usual location and had a horrible experience. I need to use the RR and was told it was out of order. No sign, nothing posted on door or anything. The young man was going to give me the code but the young lady behind the counter said no, it of order. This was a blatant form of discrimination. I then asked for a manager or the number to call and was informed to check the website. I did this the reason for this post. DO NOT VISIT THE WENDYS LOCATION NEAR UOH CENTRAL. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISCRIMATORY PRACTICES.😠

Possibly the worst Wendy's that I've ever been to I would not recommend you go here. The fries were cold, the nuggets were stale, the burger wasnt had cheese when that was asked to not be the case, and the mobile order wasn't ready and everyone in the drive thru had to pull over to the side for them to take 15 minutes to prepare the horrible old stale food. And I didn't ask for the spicy nuggets.

Ok so it is fast food so I give 5 Stars for the food after all it is a Wendy's. People behind the counter at this location are nice so 5 Stars there. But once again it's a restaurant not a homeless shelter. So many homeless people just hanging around inside Charging phones and just taking up tables, without even ordering anything.

This cashier of the dine in was extremely rude, I was saying DoorDash delivery I haven’t show the name of the customer and he gave me attitude and rolled his eyes. He needs to train how to treat DoorDash and UberEats as any other customers, not treating us like animals or second class. He needs to get fire.
