Yeah, the service here is awful, and I type this as I'm in the restaurant and two buzzing flies are trying very hard to land on my face and arms. You'd think a mobile order would prompt the staff to prepare the food, but no one had started on it when I arrived, so it was no faster than just ordering at the counter. Fries were awful and cold/mealy immediately (in the car at the Wendy's parking lot, maybe 30 seconds had elapsed since I picked up the order.) AND the soda was not right, I think the freestyle machine is not working properly.

Store hours are false advertising, says dining room hours open til 10 but close way earlier. Furthermore they wont take your if you didnt drive there (i live 0.2 miles away). Utterly ridiculous, will not be returning

The lady working the drive through was extremely nice. My order got messed up a completely times but they did throw extra fried in to make up for it
