Tyler was extremely professional kind, knowledgeable, informative down to earth friendly if I could give him 10 stars, I would. so grateful that I found this company. I was referred to you by Lori Ladwig. Apparently you put in their furnace while back their parents furnace and possibly their daughter's furnace. She was right I will recommend this company and I love the plan. I just was able to obtain that will assist me in my maintenance in peace of mind. Thank you, Tyler. Recently had Aaron, Alex and Tony come out to do a furnace and thermostat replacement. They were professional and answered any questions I had. They did a great job installing the new ductwork and piping needed for the upgraded furnace. Upgraded from a 24 year old 2 stage mid efficiency bryant furnace to a two stage daikin high efficiency furnace.

Lucas initially did a great job of testing our furnace to diagnose the issue and do what he could to get it up and running again. Unfortunately the heat exchanger was shot and I had to replace it but Lucas was very sympathetic and really explained the issue well. Quinn and Luke then came out a few days later to install a new Daikin furnace and did an outstanding job. They were very professional and knowledgeable and the new furnace looks great! Overall, I’m happy I chose to go with West Allis Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs.

Excellent service!! Drew & Gus were friendly, engaging, professional, and patient. They were kind when explaining their 'next steps' and, once they were almost done, showed me how to make adjustments and what areas to maintain (filter removal and insertion) and excellent clean up. They were great - even gentle with our "noisy-and-wants-attention 4-legged ankle biter." I highly recommend West Allis Heating, Cooling(+) and This Team. They were Consummate Professionals!!! Our new heating/cooling/dehumidifier system, which included the complete transition from oil to gas heating, is working flawlessly. Thank you, All, for a very pleasant experience!!
