Been going here a few years, and love it! They are all really friendly, the salon is clean, and super cute. Prices are reasonable and even cheaper than other salons I’ve seen in Jax. I specifically work with Ashley who is the BEST! She listens to what you want done, and helps you figure it out if you’re unsure. She’s also super realistic about your hair health and if something makes sense or how to space out your appointments to achieve a certain look. She’s also super fun to talk with throughout the appointment, but if you’re tired or quieter, she respects your need for silence too lol
This place is a gem! My first time getting my hair done here and everyone has been very friendly and inviting. Ashley did an AMAZING job with my hair. She was so knowledgeable and very sweet. She has started me on my gray blending journey and I couldn’t be any more happier. Plus she gave my curly hair the best cut and style ever! For all you curly girls I highly recommend her! A++++++
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heather. She is truly AMAZING. Not only is she incredibly talented with hair, but she is also one of the kindest, most genuine humans you’ll ever meet. I trust her wholeheartedly with my hair — which says a lot! I’m forever grateful I found her when I moved to Jax. She makes every appointment feel relaxing, personal, and fun. And a big shoutout to the gals at West Coast — everyone there is so sweet, welcoming, and full of good energy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. It’s a place you actually look forward to visiting. Excellent salon. Anna W. is lovely and an extremely caring and talented colourist(highlighting)/stylist. The salon is welcoming with an energetic and happy environment. You are made to feel welcomed as soon as you enter. This was a super first time visit and I left with scheduling my next appointment with Anna W. I would recommend West Coast Hair Design and Anna W. to anyone. This was a brilliant find that is now my go to for all my hair care!!!
I have been getting my hair done from platinum card blonding, to Balayage, to full highlights for the past 10 years. As I transitioned into wanting to embrace my natural hair color more, I struggled with letting go of the blonde. (As many people can relate...it's so hard to let go!) Anna P. has been the first stylist i've been to that does my hair in a way that ENHANCES my natural hair color all while still looking very natural, healthy, and EXACTLY what I wanted when I began my journey away from platinum blonde. From experience through getting my hair done by many stylists in the past, I've learned that technique MATTERS, West Coast Hair Design stylists are precise, efficient, and very attentive to what YOU want for your hair. I love my hair and I always feel great after a refresh of highlights.
