I hired West Coast Repair Service to repair a hole in the siding of my house. I couldn’t be happier with the job! It was done in a timely manner and VERY reasonably priced! He was professional and courteous and I will hire him again for every handyman job I have! I highly recommend!

If you are looking for someone to just get the job done, this is not the guy for you. If you are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and doesn’t take shortcuts, Doug is definitely your guy! You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and it shows in his work. I had a somewhat unusual request to change out our RV sink and faucet and Doug did an amazing job. I will be looking forward to using his services again!

I rarely write reviews but as Doug is such a rare commodity in the home services industry I felt compelled to do so. He is everything you could hope for in a contractor and so much more; his professionalism and honesty are beyond reproach. I have a rental property in New Braunfels that needed immediate repairs and Doug said that he would do everything possible to fit the service call in the very same day. The tenant was responsible for calling Doug to set the appointment time, but I received a text from Doug late that afternoon that he still had not been contacted. I had no prior relationship with Doug, but he took the responsibility on his own shoulders to keep me apprised of the situation with the tenant. You will not find many tradesmen today who would go out of their way for someone who is not yet a customer. The tenant finally arranged the appointment with Doug and the repair work was performed immediately. In my case, as a landlord who lives a hundred miles away, finding an honest contractor such as Doug is a real blessing. As I did not know the true scope of the needed repairs, I could have easily been taken advantage of and told that the extent of the problem was much greater than it was... I can assure you that you will not find a more honest and professional contractor than Doug and that you will be very happy with his work. Thanks Doug!
