Amanda was GREAT!!!. Stepped in to ask for price range on a used A series Samsung's that I desperately need. Amanda is great at her people skills and sales and customer service five stars worked out a great deal and even hook me up with extra. Message to owner/Manager Very fortunate to have a great sales associate represent your business and stir fry. This will keep me coming back and we'll yell more customers in the future as I will reference your store for other people's cell phone needs.

Normally, I don't complain about work. I'm really unhappy about this. I just had the screen replaced back in February. It's worth less than two weeks now. The phone wasn't dropped, and if you look, you can tell the phone hasn't been dropped. The screen isn't cracked, but this is on my screen. I took it back to them. He tried to quote me another price, stating that there's no warranty. Instead of working with me, I will never go back to them again. I got what I paid for, but he'll never get another dime from me. Ever!! After re-visiting the store again and talking with the manager(son). I would like to increase my score. I was very much satisfied with the serviced. ( And no I didn't asked for anything, Just a meaningful understanding on why and what could have caused this problem if not drop!

This location definitely deserves 5 stars! The service from Andres and the short man edwin was phenomenal. When walking in a i was automatically greeted with a smile and a positive energy. Highly recommend this establishment to all of my friends and family and will continue to buy my products from this store! Thank you so much guys for all of the help and giving me the greatest deal for my money!!

Thank you so much Andres ! He was super helpful, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. I shattered my screen and had some issues with my phone. Andres quickly resolved everything and left my phone looking like new. A 100% recommending West Cost wireless to all my friends and family.
