Went in for just an oil change. I mentioned our air and cabin filters needed replacing, and I was going to try and do it myself. They put them in for me, making me extremely pleased! The associates were awesome; waiting room very comfortable with refreshments.

I had excellent service yesterday at West Auto Repair. I took my car in because a dashboard warning light had come on. I experienced very prompt service. WIthin a few hours, I received a call with the diagnosis and estimate for the repair. The price was very fair. I will definitely return to West Auto Repair for future needs.

Great experience my first time at West Omaha Auto Service. I took my car in for an oil change/general maintenance and knew there were a few things I’d need done soon (namely, brakes). The tech did a thorough inspection and sent me a link with photos and descriptions of all items and how urgently they needed to be addressed. They also sent me an itemized price quote where I could accept or decline each service right on the website from my phone. They were quick and got my car done a day earlier than they said they would. Once it was done, I could pay online through the same website. It was very convenient and they did a great job! Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job explaining what exactly was wrong with my car and provided pictures. Since I work in an office setting, I appreciated they were able to text me all the information about the service I needed done then call them if I had any questions. I did call them and they were happy to explain everything to me in depth. I 10/10 recommend this shop and will be coming back.
