This place DOES NOT APPRECIATE VETERANS!!!!!!! Went there today and wanted a wash with the military discount. They used to offer it on Monday. Then they changed it to everyday. Now today they say that I should have NEVER BEEN GIVEN A MILITARY DISCOUNT. They say they require you to download their app and that's the ONLY WAY you can get a discount. I should not have to download your app or anything else to get the military discount. That is total BS to require that. Will never go here ever again. What type of business DOES NOT APPRECIATE THE VETERANS!!!!!?

Came by Tommy’s to wash my car and I was thoroughly happy with my visit from the time I arrived until I left. Vinny was absolutely amazing from the time he greeted me he was very welcoming and helpful. I purchased the works and it made my car shine like it was brand new. They offer free vacuums and free towels after you finish your wash, I purchased the $5 cleaning kit which I loved. At the end of my visit I had to call in and Dave was great to talk to; he gave me the information I needed and thanked me for my visit.

The service was helpful and quick, and the quality of the wash didn't disappoint. Jayshaune runs a great show and his team doesn't disappoint. If you like to wash often the membership is definitely worth it. Morgan helped me sign up for a membership.

Everyone at this location is great. Jason has been a great help when dealing with mu membership! Update, continued great service, especially to management, and Bijay was a great service as well. Another great wash

I went to Tommy's Express Car Wash the other day to wash my car quick which I normally don’t do I like power washing and doing myself for this reason exactly. Ripped my panel off and scratched my car to all hell. They did a report and just called me back today and said they were paying for the plastic panel only out of “courtesy” because it was loose before it went in which it wasn’t. Then proceeded to tell me they aren’t paying for the scratches cause and I quote “we couldn’t see how your car was before the wash cause it was to muddy (which it wasn’t) and going off our knowledge of our machines they wouldn’t scratch a car like that”. Like I get shit happens just own up to it car washes aint perfect. But now I have to live with the left side of my car being scratched to shit. Wouldn’t recommend going to tommys car wash unless you want damage to your vehicles and them to lie and not pay for it.
