I was extremely impressed with B Street Auto. The communication was fantastic! Almost every day I received an update on my car via text or phone call. My vehicle was done even faster than promised. Every person I talked to was very friendly. They also have a very nice set up with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which made everything even easier. I have used a few other collision repair places in West Omaha and this one is by far the best because of how organized they are and their communication. I highly recommend this location!
My daughter's car was in a fender bender so it needed some parts replaced and diagnostics ran on the sensors. They kept in contact about what was going on with the car and gave estimates on the time the work would be done. The work looked good upon the cars return and they were even done early! Customer service was great!
They have it down! The process is flawless, we’ve had our car in for repairs on two different occasion and each time was smooth. It’s also very convenient that they take care of returning your rental car. What stood out to me the most was our car was there longer than expected and we had some items my children wanted out of the car and it was no issue for them to grab those for us so that we could come pick them up. It’s very personable from the second. You walk in the door.
I have been taking my vehicles to B-Street for over 25 years. They have always done an excellent job. This time was no different. Everything was excellent from the communication, the repairs, and the amount of time it took. They actually finished early. This saved me money on the rental car. Thanks again B-Street for another great job. :)
I was unfortunately struck by a deer early September which banged up the whole driver side and bed of my vehicle, thankfully B Street was there when I needed them! They got me in their doors in no time and got to work. They completely disassembled the driver side and replaced panels as needed, repainted and blended everything, and put it all back together. Not to mention they completed everything on my vehicle nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule!! Thank you so much especially to Ashley S. for getting the whole process started and taking care of everything from the get go, it made the whole process so much more streamlined and simple with consistent updates and unmatched customer service! Incredible work by the whole team that executed the task at hand on my vehicle! And B Street has lifetime warranty’s on their work and paint, if you’re insured it’s a no brainer. Truck has been perfect the few weeks since having it back and it looks incredible! Thanks to Ashley and the whole team at B Street!!
