David’s advice regarding declaration of trust and the trustee deed for the SMSF at Landgate was incredibly helpful. Quick turnaround of draft for review helped keep this moving forward. Appreciated quick response time. Clear and proactive communication style made the entire process smooth. Registrar’s Caveat has been registered against the title to protect the beneficiary.
