We spent roughly $300 here over the holidays and the experience was genuinely bad due to the front desk staff. From the start, the front desk was bored and indifferent. When our lane computer had issues, they were unhelpful after repeated visits. Finally when we asked for help at our lane about how to play and troubleshoot, the interaction was patronizing and rude. It was uncomfortable enough that it noticeably dampened the mood for the entire group. Multiple people independently commented on how poor their attitudes was, including kids. After that, we avoided the front desk altogether for the rest of our time there. We are West Seattle residents and genuinely want to support local businesses. Unfortunately, this experience made that impossible. For the amount of money we spent, this level of customer service is unacceptable. What should have been a fun group outing was actively ruined by staff behavior. We will not be coming back. We will go to Roxbury or essentially anywhere else instead unless management makes serious changes at the front desk.

It was a fun relatively affordable experience. The staff were nice, knowledgeable, quick and professional. The establishment was clean inside and out. The entrance bar customer service desk was well lit and The business was very spacious inside. The only bad thing is we had never been there before, we didn't know about reverse parking. We got a parking ticket for failure to park properly. Make sure when you park in front of the building that you reverse into your parking spot.

West Seattle Bowl – Perfect Saturday Fun! West Seattle Bowl is a total classic and the perfect spot for a fun afternoon with friends. I recently went with four friends on a Saturday, and we had an absolute blast! The atmosphere was lively and fun—exactly what you want in a great neighborhood bowling alley. We bowled for two full hours, which gave us plenty of time to get competitive and enjoy a few rounds. The best part? It was incredibly affordable, working out to about $20 per person for the lane time and plus $20 for shoe rentals. You absolutely cannot beat that value for two hours of guaranteed entertainment in Seattle.

Absolutely love West Seattle Bowl!! A nice classic local business. No flashing screens or constant advertising like modern chains while still having tech where it counts. The food is always delicious and the facilities are kept very clean.

This will always be a special place for us! We had our first date here and a few years later, got married here. Rachael was wonderful and so so kind in putting that evening together. If WSB can graciously handle all of our wild requests, feed 140 people to rave reviews AND come up with inspired suggestions (they turned over the pins during our first kiss!!) trust me, they can handle your event! Three 9 Lounge is top notch as well. Every single person who works here is sweet and helpful. The vibes are impeccable and all the tech works well. And the food is seriously delicious. Not delicious for a bowling alley - delicious, period. My favorite mac&cheese and pickle chips in Seattle. (Note for those in wheelchairs - both restrooms are down a steep flight of stairs. There are several nearby businesses that are open late, though.) We’ll be back! Many times!
