Care for children here is nice!! Only gave four star due to past first visit with a staff that wasn’t my child pcp. Gave horrible advice force feeding and made me felt judge when my child is happy and healthy. Besides that started seeing pcp mostly now and everything is good. Less stress plus the place is ok for care and has patience interacting with the parents and kids . So it’s a decent good place to be .

They had my sons appointment scheduled for 2:30 and when I showed the whole office was closed. Wasted a whole 30 minutes driving here just for them to be closed it’s extremely unprofessional to close a clinic the DAY OF appointments. Doctors here seem dismissive and incompetent when addressing health concerns as well. We’ll be switching to a RELIABLE and professional pediatrician. I don’t recommend this place.

Am leaving this review because am concern that a patient could be harm by the medical assistant- Today I scheduled a appt with provider Licona at this location as soon as I walked in I was surprise that this clinic is in such poor conditions dirty and old nothing like the Hillcroft location, then to continue the MA not sure if she just graduated or how long has she been in medical assistant but she was so rude she did not even greet me or introduced her self that’s why I can’t put her name but the is tall white Hispanic with long black hair did not even walk me to the room she just saw go into room 4 and well I looked around to find the room. Then she came in to preform Covid, Flu , and strep testing on my 2 kids with different symptoms I saw the swabs were not labeled with my children’s information it only had the first letter of my kids name then she continue to collect the specimens by the way, she had already mixed them up she used some of my older sons swabs with my younger sons then I told her how do you know which one is who’s , she then looked down and saw her error and replied to me” oh I will figure it out and took all the swabs with her. Then the provider informed my son had the flu and I expressed to her my concern she said she was very sorry and that she will communicate my concern to her manager by the way, the manager was not on site. I also left the complaint with the receptionist but it was pretty obvious that Ma had messed up because the one that tested positive for flu did not have flu symptoms and the one that did have symptoms tested negative. My concern is what about if she was administering a medication or a vaccine and she would’ve done the same error I could off lost my child, working in the medical field and with pediatric patients their is no time for small errors. The most minimal error can lead to un reversible consequences. I my self have worked in the medical field for 7+years and I now very well it doesn’t matter how big or how small is the test you are doing but you always out patients FIRST NAME & LAST NAME AND DOB ! The only reason I went to this clinic today was to see provider Licona - I meet her at the hillcroft location and I was amazed by the way she is so loving and compassion to her patients and she gets your kids well right away no need to be coming back and forth for the same reason. I will continue to see Ms.Licona at the hillcroft location !

Overall, I was highly satisfied with the visit. While I do not recall the NP's name, her performance was exceptional. She attentively addressed all of our inquiries concerning my son's condition. The receptionist and MA were also notably kind and courteous. I plan to return for future appointments. Thank you.
