Great service and quick turnaround. We called up yesterday (a saturday) around midday and asked the impossible: could you get it done this afternoon? Oh and we can't get there for another 2 hours. Yes. We dropped the phone off with a broken Oled screen. A samsung Galaxy A73. We left there at 2:30pm, and we got the call around 4pm to come pick it up. He had to order a part in. And got all of that done in about an hour and a half. Highly recommend. Thanks for your service.

I came here to replace a broken iPad screen. However, the staff said the iPad frame was bent from being dropped, so the screen could not be secured properly and had to be glued on. I could not accept this solution, but since I was not informed in advance and the screen had already been replaced, I was forced to accept it. When I tested the iPad at home, I found that Touch ID was no longer working. I went back to argue the issue, but they insisted that replacing the screen would not affect Touch ID and claimed it was already broken before. While a normal screen replacement may not cause this problem, using glue can easily damage or affect other components. They refused to take responsibility. Poor technical skills, bad attitude. Not recommended. The images were found online and were shown to their unskilled staff so they could see exactly what he damaged.

I am 80 years old, I pride myself in caring for the security of my phone and computer, until five days ago I had never had a problem security wise with a device. I removed Facebook because I had enough of the lies they are now allowing to be posted. Almost immediately my phone was disabled, the draw pattern was changed. With our phones being our life nowadays I was worried. I spent hours communicating with Google, an excellent Google phone, I have had a Google phone since the first one and upgraded with each new model. No one could help, except the wonderful man at West Coast Repairs Victoria Park. He is a genius and I thank him most sincerely for solving my problem so quickly. Thank you.
