We visited Fone Doc after my partner completely smashed his apple watch screen and needed a replacement. When we first collected it, it came with a warranty, but shortly after, the screen lifted. I called them and they were incredibly helpful - they even came to us after hours to collect the watch as we weren’t close to the shop to take it back. They investigated the very next morning as a priority, found the lift was due to slight battery swelling, refitted the screen and added a screen protector at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture. As if that wasn’t already great service, they then drove back to us that evening to deliver the watch because we couldn’t get to them. Absolutely incredible service and well beyond what was expected. Massively appreciated and highly recommended.
