We visited Fone Doc after my partner completely smashed his apple watch screen and needed a replacement. When we first collected it, it came with a warranty, but shortly after, the screen lifted. I called them and they were incredibly helpful - they even came to us after hours to collect the watch as we weren’t close to the shop to take it back. They investigated the very next morning as a priority, found the lift was due to slight battery swelling, refitted the screen and added a screen protector at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture. As if that wasn’t already great service, they then drove back to us that evening to deliver the watch because we couldn’t get to them. Absolutely incredible service and well beyond what was expected. Massively appreciated and highly recommended.

I lost an earpiece on one of my Samsung Buds. As I was walking past Fone Doc on Plaza Arcade, I thought I'd see if they could find a solution. The owner could not have been more helpful: he found a set of earpieces which he adjusted to fit, and didn't even want any payment! Fantastic service. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks!
Came in to get my iphone battery replaced and it was super easy and affordable. Also got a privacy screen protector for very good price and they installed it too. Highly recommend.
