We have been with Western Pest Control for 10 years and have been completely satisfied with their service. Our technician, Paul, comes every quarter and inspects and sprays our home. He always lets me know when he will be arriving beforehand. Always fast and friendly service with a smile. If he is needed in between inspections, he or another technician is quick to come address our situation. Highly recommended this business and Paul.

Dylan is the person who has been taking care of my account He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He always text me and let me know when he is coming. And if I’m not home he has came and took care of things and locked up the gate when he left. And texted when he was done. If we are busy he will reschedule for a better time. My Tech Dylan is amazing! I receive monthly services for general pest control. He always reachs out to me at these 4 days prior to make sure the date is good for me. I have a big dog that needs to be in the house in order for Dylan to enter the back yard. Dylan will text me when he is leaving his last job and heading to my house so I can meet him there to make sure the dog is secure. I really appreciate the extra steps that he takes for me.

Our services has been amazing! We get prompt services that keeps our house pest free. I reached out with a rodent problem and within 24 hours had a very thorough solution. Everyone is so kind. Our tech (Dylan H.) is AMAZING. He’s kind, easy to communicate with, and great a this job. We have used them for a few years and will continue with this level of service. We could not be happier with the service. We have had a few techs who are all great. Dylan was extra thorough or the rat/mice we thought we had outside making sure our whole hose is protected.
