Had our furnace/ac replaced this week. The guys did a great job. I'm kinda mechanical myself, so I like to watch and ask a lot of questions. They were very understanding and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and the complete install was finished by 2:30. It's just been in three days now and I love the way it works! Just replaced our heater and water heater by Western Heating and Air Conditioning. Mike was great. He came out to quote, disclosed multiple options and went over each one in detail. I told him I was going to get other quotes and he said confidently “we’ll beat any quote”. And he was right, they did. By A LOT! When the technicians Caleb and Theron came out to do the work they were very nice and hard working. They informed me of everything they were going to do, and explained everything they did when they were done and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. Everyone I communicated with through this whole process was very professional. It was a great stress free experience and I am very impressed. I will be using this company for every future need of services they provide because they have earned my trust.
