The absolute worst tax agency I have ever experienced. Save your time and your money, this agency will refuse to do your taxes in a timely manner and then gaslight you about whose fault it is. Months of ignored attempts to contact only to finally be told they no longer wish to provide services with absolutely no notice and for no valid reason. Their behavior represents the same as a child. I went with these people on a recommendation of a mutual friend of the business owner. Very disappointed and a massive waste of my precious time Mr. Schiffer.
