I started working out with Liz in 2024, and it's been a wonderful experience. She listened to my goals and tailors our workouts and my overall fitness plan accordingly. I'm almost forty and feel as healthy as I ever have. I think their focus on safety, longevity, and an extremely individualized approach probably sets her and Alex apart from others. I'd recommend them to anyone. She's also fun to hang out with while you're working out, which shouldn't matter, but beats the alternative.
