We used What a Snap for our wedding on 9/24/2022 and had a great experience! Their communication was quick, they showed up on time, had GREAT props, amazing quality printed photos, and a nice attendant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a photo booth!

Terrible customer service. Complete lack of communication, failure to provide choice of backdrop we requested, never heard back from the designer after pointing out that they had cut off our logo and the final frame delivered had this cropped logo. The photographer set up half an hour late and was grumpy and unprofessional the entire event. Most of the positive reviews seem to be from people that work for the company. The refund check they issued for our trouble bounced.

Staff is friendly, the experience is fun and the photos look great. They even email you a copy as well! Had a fun time when I used this photo booth with my girlfriend. Silly props are cool. I was really feeling the Thor's hammer they had. Staff 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Photos 4/5
