Ellie-Jade and Gurveer have been incredibly helpful throughout the process. I received my login details promptly and was able to access the relevant portals in the end without issue. Although the Whateley portal is currently undergoing updates and doesn’t reflect real-time data, I appreciated the clear communication and guidance to use the official fund platforms in the meantime.
