Was told I couldn’t bring my daughter in the skating ring because I wasn’t 21. Why is that my daughter’s fault. I have never had this problem anywhere else.
An adult has to be with kids 16 and below, which is fine but you have to pay to get in whether you skate or not. The price is already to high then you have to pay to sit .me and my family will not be back I would rather drive out of town to go to another skating rink I don’t live in Temple anyway.
Didn’t have a good experience there it was last minute that we went there because it was my 11 year old birthday today & they first had a problem with announcing my daughters name at the end of the skating session ,what harm is that because I seen the look on my daughters face when they announced the other little girl’s birthday & after I brought over 15 ppl with me and it was almost empty all together I spent over $400 dollars including the people I brought , to celebrate my daughter’s birthday it was a last minute thing she said she wanted to do so we drove 30 minutes to get there & they pretended to be nice ppl up until my sister who got off work at 8 pm drove 35 min to get there made it there with only 10 min left and had to use the restroom they refused her then the lady at the glass window “ now I was trying to nice it not my fault you’re late , no you can’t come in unless you pay the $12:50 I don’t care if it’s 5 minutes “ I mean these people wore really good masks pretending to be nice and if it’s all about the money we spent a nice penny there, this is the first review I’ve ever done because people need to know about people that wear masks in this ugly world we live in and they will never get my business again
Wanted to take my kids here as we just moved to town. There mother and myself had no interest in skating but wanted to stay and make sure they were safe. They tried to charge us for not skating. 50 dollars for 2 girls to skate is ludicrous.
Lots of fun! We are visiting from out of state and took our family here and had a blast. Wasn’t too crowded and felt like a judgement free zone for new or unsteady skaters. Would have been 5 stars but we couldn’t bring our whole family since you pay to enter even if you aren’t skating. Grandparents would have enjoyed watching the kiddos skate but they didn’t want to pay to enter just to watch. Recommend signing the waiver online in advance for a smooth entrance experience
