Joe was incredibly helpful during the car wash experience. He asked if he could clean and dry the mats and even checked to see if there was anything else he could help with. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Best service

Love the way my car looks after the Ceramic wash! Also really appreciate the personal and professional service received from Joe and other staff. I go to the Hamburg car wash and always a good experience since Joe has been working there. Joe keeps the vacuums and Matt service working well. Thanks so much for wonderful experience at the car wash, I have the unlimited Ceramic plan! Am very happy with this device.

I had exceptional service from Joe and truly appreciate all his help. He’s always there in the morning, ready to assist and making sure my car is taken care of and kept clean. The car wash is absolutely amazing—hands down the best place in town. The entire team provides awesome customer service. Everyone is eager to help, and you never have to wait around to get assistance. This kind of service definitely makes me want to keep coming back. 🚗✨

If you want to protect your vehicle, don't bring it here. I hate leaving negative reviews, and I have tried 3 times to resolve this issue with management but to no avail. At this point, I have canceled my membership with WhiteWater. I had the most expensive/top tier monthly unlimited wash package. One day while I was going through the wash, a fast and powerful stream of water shot through the panoramic roof of my vehicle and soaked my center compartment and hit me in my eye. This was very dangerous and could have caused a long-term injury in my eye as well as damage to my vehicle. I took my vehicle to the dealership and had the panoramic roof inspected by the mechanics there. The dealership inspected the seals and glass, and ran my vehicle through 3 washes there and advised me that the seals were 100% intact and there was nothing wrong with my panoramic roof. What this meant: WhiteWater car wash's hose had to have been stuck and dangerously overpowered to produce what happened to me. I brought this up to a manager on site. He told me a hose probably got stuck during the wash, but that he would look through the video and get back to me. He never got back to me. 2 weeks later, I passed by WhiteWater again and found another manager on site. I let her know what had happened. She let me know she was the top manager for this location (Alysheba) and she told me this is not how WhiteWater did business and that she would get back to me in the following week as she had some corporate-level meetings that week. She looked up the exact dates I had been there in the computer and promised an answer to me ASAP. She never got back to me. I sent WhiteWater an online feedback form advising them of what had happened so that they could look into the issue. They never got back to me. Really disappointing at WhiteWater's lack of customer service and apathy towards a potentially injury-causing and vehicle-damaging issue. Very very risky. I went down the road to Jerry's Car Wash and have been much happier there. Avoid WhiteWater if you can.

I will start with the positives. Overall the experience is great... Monthly subscription for unlimited washes and vacuum which is great, and reasonably priced. If you're a parent, I'm sure you understand!!! The staff are always respectable and helpful, if needed. Unfortunately after 2 years of being a customer, the clear coat on my vehicle has been completely destroyed causing the "swirling effect". This is a substantial fix that will amount to over 10 years of monthly fees. My car is not the best, nor the worst...but it's mine and paid for. I enjoy taking care of my assets, only to have it damaged by out-of-date machinery. I will be cancelling my membership!
